We got our ducts cleaned by these guys. They Came early, were very friendly and professional. Seemed to be super efficient while doing a great job. Also needed a new thermostat and they had someone there with in an hour and everything was done within 30 minutes. Amazing field staff, will be using again! Very impressed.

I called during the week of EXTREME low temps in souther Alberta. My furnace was not warming my house properly and I suspected something was wrong. I have seen many posts on Facebook with people bragging about furnace service. The first thing I did was log onto Facebook and search for those posts go see who they were referring people to. It was Breathe Easy. I placed a call and even with the back up of calls they made an appointment for someone to come out the very next day. I got a call about 20 mins before my appointment time as the repair guy had finished his previous appointment early. Within 1 hour Adam had figured out the problem, picked up the new part and had it installed and furnace running. He gave me an idea of what the cost might be so I was prepared for the cost. The part was less than he expected and I was pleasantly surprised. He was kind, professional, patient, fast, knowledgeable, and even social while he worked. He let me blab on about how this whole thing had frustrated me and continued working. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Breathe Easy. I now know why everyone on Facebook recommend them. I will make certain to do the same every chance I get. 11/10 stars for these guys. Their customers are important to them and it shows.
